All items purchased or pawned are reported nightly to the Littleton Police Department through a system called LEADS. These items are cross-checked with all stolen item reports across the state. All customers who pawn loan or sell an item, must provide proper identification, fingerprint, photo, and signature.

*** ANY CUSTOMER WHO PAWNS AN ITEM THAT IS NOT TOTALLY OWNED BY THEM IS COMMITTING A FELONY AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. ***

All items for sale at Broadway Jewelry & Pawn, both in-store and online have been checked through the LEADS system and have not been reported stolen or lost.

*** Any item suspected to be stolen must be reported to the Littleton Police Department and must be assigned a case number. No information will be provided or released to anyone other than to the Law Enforcement Officer assigned to the case. ***
